Investment Casting of Lox Wax
Our advantages of investment casting
★ Puwin investment casting foundry has a good quality management system and comprehensive manufacturing capabilities, supported by advanced certifications and a diverse range of casting solutions. We are proud to hold IATF 16949 certification, as well as the PED certification (Pressure Equipment Directive), enabling us to produce safe, compliant castings for pressure equipment applications.
★ In terms of casting processes, we offer three options to meet varied customer requirements: Sodium Silicate(water glass),Colloidal Silica and Compound Casting.
★ Our production capabilities cover a wide range of materials including carbon steel, alloy steel, Stainless steel, heat-resistant steel with a weight up to 200 kg. This versatility allows us to tailor solutions for diverse industries -from automotive and machinery to energy and pressure equipment, ensuring each casting meets the specific mechanical properties and application demands of our customers.
★ To further enhance our capabilities and better serve market needs for customization, We introduced a Sand casting 3D printing equipment in January 2025. It eliminates the need for traditional tooling, significantly shortens lead times, and reduces costs compared to conventional manufacturing. It is particularly advantageous for producing components with complex internal structures, such as intricate cooling channels—features that are difficult or even impossible to achieve with traditional casting or machining methods.
