MIM

MIM is a new shape forming technology of metal components, combining current plastic injection with powder metallurgy. MIM is the advanced technology developed rapidly both in the powder metallurgy field and the industrial field.

Processing steps of MIM：

Firstly, adopt metal powder reaches MIM requirement, then make the organic binder mixed with metal powder into homogeneous partical material by proper method and at specified temperature, after pelletizing, the partical material in heat and plasticization condition is injected into mold cavity by injection molding machine to get formed blanks, then, the formed blanks are degreased by chemical or catalytic extraction method, lastly, the finished product is obtained by sintering and densifying.
